Placing an Order?

Need a Size Exchange?

Contact us via email: orders@rnjgraphictees.com. Please Provide us with the FULL NAME on the order and the ORDER NUMBER within 7 days of receiving your order. Customer is responsible for shipping item to Returns Department.

 

Changes to an existing Order?

Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an existing order. This includes shipping address.

 

Need to Cancel an Order?

All Cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee so please make sure your order is correct before placing it. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to be processed by merchant and banks. Submit your request by emailing orders@rnjgraphictees.com

 

Need to Return an item?

You may return product within 7 days of receiving the product if we have made a mistake on your order, (If you have received the wrong size, colorway, design, or defective product). We will provide you with a return shipping label for returning the item(s). We will provide you with store credit or exchange of product of equal or less value. Submit your request by emailing orders@rnjgraphictees.com

Hassle Free Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, we offer hassle free returns. Restocking fee of 20% of the item will apply. Submit your request by emailing orders@rnjgraphictees.com

 

What happens after I place my Order?

You will receive a confirmation email with the order you just placed. IF you did not receive an email from R&J Graphic Tees please email orders@rnjgraphictees.com to confirm that your order was received. You must provide us with a valid email to receive your confirmation so please check the email provided is correct. When Emailing us provide the FULL NAME on the order and we will assist you.

Once you have received order confirmation, your order is being processed and scheduled for shipping.

If your order says PROCESSING, we have received your order and it is scheduled to ship.

 

Our shipping provider is USPS. All tracking numbers should be tracked on the USPS website. www.USPS.com/tracking
